If your issue is time-sensitive, please open a ticket first, then call us and reference your ticket number so we can assist you quickly.
When possible, including a screenshot of any error message or billing issue is extremely helpful. A clear screenshot often lets us identify the problem much faster than a written description alone.
For those who may be wondering: we don’t use the ticketing system built into this portal to avoid mixups. All support and billing requests are handled through our primary IT ticketing platform so everything stays centralized and properly tracked.
