Opening a Ticket

  1. To open a ticket, click on "open Ticket" in the left-hand menu once you log in to your dashboard.

 

  1. Once you fill in the required fields and submit your ticket.

Managing Existing Tickets

 
1. To check on the status of existing tickets and manage them, go to support > Tickets. That will take you to the ticket dashboard.

 

2. From the ticket dashboard, you can see the status of your ticket and when it was open. To make replies or find out more details, click on the ticket number highlighted in blue.

 

3. From this point, you can click reply to send us at Credo Technology Group, LLC notices, updates, and check on the status of your ticket.
